Still not up and out early but getting better. On the road by 10. Tracy is driving today (and she was so lucky ! Main roads that weren't narrow or insanely windy - still windy !)
Next stop, Tarbert to get the Ferry to Killimer €18 (a big thank you to Chris at Sleepy Camel for that tip - saved us a few hours of driving!) And Chris is a hugger ! I haven't been hugged in over a week lol ! He liked my wood glasses too.
Random thoughts while Tracy is driving:
• I've driven on the wrong side of the road in the rain, at night and even on roads that we later discovered weren't roads (Lambs Head - oops)
• Did I mention that the hydrangea's that we are everywhere as hedges are incredibly vibrant blues and pinks ?
• what's up with the Pharmacy's !? Every town has a few - Listowel had 4 !
• I'm missing my bed and drip/brewed coffee
• Nissan Jukes are very popular here
• The road center lines are lighted at night !
• Even our GPS (Maggie - for the magpies we see everywhere) is friendly and polite "please make a half right turn in 200m" half right = follow the road around a bend . . . haven't quite figured that one out because she only does that occasionally.
• Our pretty BMW is Molly (Molly Malone)
• the trees form beautiful tunnels over the road.
• they have the same wind mills as us and apparently love them as much as we do.

We checked into the AirB&B (Four Winds) at around 2 (made good time today). And then went touring.
- Carrigaholt - saw what happens to the boats when the tide goes out - lol oops
- Loop Head - got our first glimpse of the beautiful cliffs, a taste of what we'll see tomorrow ! There was a pretty rainbow and crazy storm clouds in the distance - wonderful view
Kilbaha - on our path back we encounter cows being moved from one field to another ! - Kilkee - for dinner at Kelly's Pub . . . First horrible food - ridiculously salty stirfry (menu sucked too)
Cliff of Moher and the Aran Islands tomorrow - can't wait !

nice that you are now able to sight see while driving. I can't do that very well either and I'm driving on the right side of the road and car....you must be sleepy...9 oops no, 11:30...funny girl, love you, boys are great and seeing a lot more of them...enjoy!!!
